spring boot jsp utf-8 한글 문제

간만에 이것저것 써보려다 jsp 로 해보려는데 한글이 자꾸 깨진다. ㅠ

역시 이것 저것 찾아봤다.

결정적으로 내 문제를 해결해 준 건 다름아닌 이거...

jsp 맨 위에 이거 한 줄만 넣어주면 됐다.
